A liquid calibration bath and a control method thereof belong to the technical field of liquid calibration baths, and specifically relate to the technical field of liquid calibration bath temperature control.

Liquid calibration bath is the most commonly used constant temperature source in the field of temperature measurement, and is widely used in the calibration and testing of various temperature sensors, temperature transmitters, temperature switches and other temperature sensitive components. When it works, the heating or cooling is controlled by the temperature controller, and the temperature controller controls the heating or cooling capacity to keep the temperature of the working medium inside constant, thus providing the necessary constant temperature environment for temperature calibration. Generally used liquid calibration bath fluctuates within about 0.1°C/10min. The liquid calibration bath is used as a constant temperature source, and is widely used in research departments such as petroleum, chemical industry, electronic instrumentation, physics, chemistry, bioengineering, medicine and health, life science, light industry food, physical property testing and chemical analysis, colleges and universities, Enterprise quality inspection and production department.

Precision liquid calibration bath, including calibration bath body, liquid storage bath, stirring motor, temperature control platinum resistance, temperature controller, adder (refrigeration tube), stirring blade, flange socket, casters, etc.; use The liquid (such as silicone oil, antifreeze coating, etc.) is set in the inner cavity formed by the calibration bath body; the bath body is provided with thermal insulation materials; , the stirring motor is installed above the center of a guide tube, and drives the stirring blades to rotate through a longer shaft, so that the heat transfer medium circulates between the two guide tubes.

The precision liquid calibration bath meets the requirements of volume, temperature range, temperature control accuracy and observability in a constant temperature environment. However, in actual work, the medium in the calibration bath may need to cycle between high temperature and low temperature, so frequent heating and/or cooling is required. A lot of energy is wasted in the cooling process.

In order to meet the different needs of frequent heating and cooling measurement ranges, precision high and low temperature calibration baths have emerged as the times require. The high and low temperature calibration baths can be cycled and quickly heated and cooled. It can meet the inspection work in the range of (-30°C ~180°C) without changing the medium, and has the function of return measurement.

If you want to carry out calibration work more safely, conveniently and efficiently, you can choose to use the intelligent calibration bath. It not only has efficient and convenient functions, but also supports mobile remote control, active smoke exhaust, intelligent liquid replacement, real-time display of temperature curve, and stability reminder. Multi-temperature test point automatic correction, calibration and other functions. Through intelligent PID adjustment, the calibration bath can achieve an ideal uniform environment, which can meet the verification/calibration of various temperature sensors such as low-temperature thermocouples, industrial thermal resistances, pressure thermometers, bimetal thermometers, and glass liquid thermometers.

If you need to carry out calibration work with a temperature range of 180°C or more, you need to use a high-temperature precision salt bath or a heat pipe calibration bath. The measurement range of the high temperature calibration bath is generally 170°C to 670°C, and the ultra high temperature calibration bath needs to be specially customized, most can be customized liquid calibration baths for 500°C ~850°C, 850°C ~1100°C special media.

The cryogenic liquid calibration bath generally refers to the calibration work at a temperature below zero, the temperature range is generally -80°C -100°C, and the liquid medium used is antifreeze and absolute ethanol. The temperature below -80°C is called ultra-low temperature calibration bath, the temperature range is -180°C -40 °C , because the temperature is too low, it can only use special media.

Generally, the caliber of the liquid calibration bath is φ100-φ150, and those exceeding φ150 are called super large caliber calibration baths. Its caliber size can be customized, and the super large caliber calibration bath can support up to φ300-φ500.
